Get to know some of the lenders who are available to work with you. Each lender will share about the specific mortgage products they have available for those who purchase their home through the Community Land Trust AND/OR on your own if there is an option that works for you.  You'll be able to ask questions and see what type of financing might be available for you before you seek out mortgage pre-approval.
